What is the average lead time for embroidered products?

We offer one of the fastest lead time of 3 to 10 business days in the industry.

How big can my design be?

The recommended size for embroidery designs is 3 inches wide, but we have a strong track record of working closely with our customers. If we are able to fulfill your request, we would be delighted to do so.

What kind of thread do you use?

We use MAIDERA threads made in Germany. These threads are of high quality, free of chemicals, and certified by OEKO-TEX to guarantee top-notch textile production.

Do you have any set-up fees?

No, a one-time custom fee applies to custom designs for the first order, but for subsequent orders of the same design, these fees are waived.
